Now you can take your own pictures, send them to us through our website and we will create the same high quality tour that you have come to love. This is for slide shows only!! Your tour will be made into two different versions: one branded with your contact information; and, another unbranded for the MLS. It will also qualify to be sent by email to all of the agents!!!
The quickest and easiest way to show your listings! If you are interested in shooting a property primarily to have still shots for the MLS, this is the package for you. We will shoot at least one shot of every room - multiple angles for larger rooms/areas - and arrange all of those shots in order of how you would see them while walking through the house. The slide show will have the same layout and information available as the virtual tours (Email, Map, and Community Links, without the link to a Virtual Tour). We will also send you whichever pictures you want from that slide show for your additional marketing needs. Want all of the pictures? No problem! We can burn all of the images, including the slide show, onto a CD. The slide show will also be able to be loaded to the MLS.
Don't let the name fool you. The "One Shot" Tour allows for unlimited virtual scenes! The name comes from the fact that we can capture an entire room in one shot with our special equipment. This allows for a smooth image that gives a nice overview of the scale and design of a room. Finally you can show off ALL of your property. This Fisheye Tour displays a full 360°x360° with similar clarity of a Pano Tour. This package offers everything that the Standard "One Shot" Tour offers, but the difference is in the quality of the actual Virtual Tour images. Every detail is captured with remarkable clarity using the Pano Tour. The process of taking the tour, as well as the after-tour work required, takes a little more time and effort. We therefore charge slightly more for this option. But once you see the difference, you may never choose to go back to the "One Shot" Tour again. Click here for a sample.
