Q. How do I navigate through a virtual tour?
A. Place your mouse over the image, and click 'n drag it slowly to the left or right, or up and down to control the direction of the image. Single-Click on the image to stop the movement. Q: How are the Virtual Tours created and distributed?
A: We are a full service Virtual Tour provider. We handle the photography and posting of the Virtual Tours on the Internet. Once we receive the order we use the MLS lockbox to enter the house. We post the tour on our website within 2 days!
Q: How do I email the Virtual Tour to others, along with downloading it to disk?
A: We will send you a copy of your Virtual Tour via email once the tour has been created. To send it to others, simple forward the link to the desired person's email address. You can also get a CD with the tour on it that you can copy for $15.
Q: Do I have to be a licensed Realtor to order a Virtual Tour?
A: No. For the first time For Sale By Owner's can close the gap with Realtors. We primarily service Realtors, and there are differences in options. Call to find out.
Q: What types of properties should I place on Virtual Tour?
A: Our Virtual Tours are great for any property. Whether your home is big or small, a virtual tour will enhance any listing. Our camera will photograph any size room, and even scenic views.
Q: Do you photograph both exterior and interior scenes of the listing?
A: We do not believe in setting artifical limits. We shoot as many scenes as neccesary to capture the beauty and charm of the listing. We will photograph both interior and exterior scenes. You may specify beforehand any particular rooms/scenes/angles that you want shot and that option is included in the order form
Q: Do I have to be present at the time of photography?
A: No. One of the best things about our service is that after you order, the next time you have to worry about the tour is when we email you the links to the tour, usually within 24-48 hours of shooting. We do ask that you or the homeowner have the house in Open House condition.
Q: How long does it take to photograph a Virtual Tour?
A: Our virtual tours normally take between 15-45 minutes to photograph a home. This figure varies slightly depending on the size of the home and the tour package ordered.
Q: What can I do if I am not satisfied with the way the photographs turned out?
A: We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with the way the photographs turned out, contact us at (843) 795-4560. Correcting your order will take priority over unfilled orders. You will be happy with our results!
Q: What if I am late or miss my photography appointment?
A: Since the agent is encouraged not to be at the property, unless the photographer cannot get in because of a key issue, there is no need to worry about keeping appointments, so there are no charges.
However, if the photographer is sent to your property at the scheduled time and cannot access the property as arranged (i.e. the contractor code is not properly set, house/homeowner is not ready), we will have to charge a trip fee of $35.
